Thank you for shopping with us at LittleRajkumari. We take great pride in offering high-quality, custom-made products tailored to your unique preferences. Please read the following policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which we can offer exchanges.  

 



No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final, and we encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase. We provide exchanges only in very specific situations outlined below. By purchasing from LittleRajkumari, you agree to these terms.

 



Exchange Eligibility

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, as all our products are custom-made, exchanges are strictly limited.

We will only accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defect: Issues like stitching defects or production faults.

  • Wrong Product or Colour Sent: If the delivered item does not match your order.  



Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unboxing Video Requirement:
    A clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory. It must show the package, seal, and product condition at the time of opening.

  • Time frame for Reporting Issues:
    The unboxing video must be shared within 2 days of delivery. Requests without this proof will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping:
    Once approved, we will guide you through the return process. In case of defects or wrong products, we will arrange the pickup.



Non-Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size or color selection by the customer

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Products used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Products not returned in original condition and packaging



Process for Exchange

If your product is eligible:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at rajkumari.dulap@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Issue details

    • Unboxing video

  2. Assessment:
    Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  3. Return the Item:
    Once approved, return the product securely packed.

  4. Exchange Processing:
    After quality check, the replacement product will be shipped.
    (Shipping is covered by us only in case of our error.)



Exclusions

  • Products purchased during sale, discounts, or clearance are not eligible for exchange (unless defective).

  • Customised products are not eligible unless there is an error from our side.



Shipping Fees

  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable

  • Return Shipping Fees: To be borne by the customer (unless product is defective/wrong)

  • Exchange Shipping: Covered by LittleRajkumari only in case of error from our side
